STEP 2 – LEARN & TRAIN AT THE FACTORY

Master the trap bar in 12 small-group, high-intensity sessions over 4 weeks. Also use kettlebells, sandbags, and maces to build full-body functional strength and explosive power you won’t get at any other gym in Long Island.

Class Times

The Deadlift Initiative runs in small groups at 10 AM on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

If you’re interested but can’t make those times, drop your info anyway; we’re exploring additional time slots based on demand!
